We bring research techniques that help our clients understand the issue within themselves and how they compare to others. Our work is directed at helping our clients see the bigger picture around the issue where they feel concern.
Associations must focus on their members to be successful in achieving their mission statements. They need to have mission, services, and member desires in synch before success can be assured. Our work with the board often begins with member desires, but it is equally important to revitalize the mission – not to change it, but to bring new life to words that are often overused. Once mission is alive and well and member desires are understood, services can be explored. When we are working at the program level, our attention to mission and members guides all of our work.
Governments are driven by their missions. They may not have a profit motive, but in all other ways, they are organizations that must deal with competition, with changing trends, with customer demands, and with all the requirements of a workforce that must perform sometimes under duress.
