Coaching is that delicate process of helping someone think better. It's not about doing the thinking. It's about asking the right questions – questions that help you see new perspectives, opening up new avenues of thought, finding the unexpected, and even helping you see your own assumptions.

What makes Pelerei different is coaching from years of management experience and a deep knowledge of management theory. We know the specific questions to ask as well as the generic ones. Our questions help you explore the right aspects of the issue. We focus our questions to help you see your assumptions – assumptions that may blind you from the wide perspective needed to see all of your options.

Pellegrino Coaching

Pellegrino means pilgrim, and often in our lives and in our careers, we feel like pilgrims searching for something. Pellegrino coaching is designed to assist you in that search. Like any good traveling companion, the coach adjusts to meet the current need without prescribing a destination.

Managers have used Pellegrino Coaching to get help in handling new assignments or challenging situations. Others have used it during a transition to find the best path. Some have used it simply to explore the path of possibilities.

The philosophy of Pellegrino Coaching is that the coach is walking with the traveler, not in front or behind, but side by side.

All coaching is done on a selective basis.
